As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) at check-in in the form of a valid identity card, driving licence or travel document. In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodation; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation.

Please note that if extra cleaning or repair is necessary because of guests pets, the executive housekeeper has the right to charge the additional costs.

The creditdebit card presented at the time of check-in andor reservation will be automatically pre-authorised by the hotel with the total room rate for the entire stay and EUR 50 per day to cover eventual extra charges (e.g., minibar, room service, telephone costs, damages, etc.). The blocked amount above the invoiced fee will be released at check-out.

The minimum age for treatments and to use the facilities (sauna, steam room, gym, etc.) is 16. Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and are allowed to use the pool from 9:00 to 18:00.

ÉS Bisztró Renovation and Temporary Dining Arrangements
We are committed to continuously enhancing our hotels products. Restaurant ÉS Bisztró is currently undergoing a full renovation, redesign and upgrade, and will be closed until 15 March 2026.
During this time, alternative dining arrangements are as follows:
• Breakfast: Served at the gallery on the first floor, alternatively in Blue Fox The Bar.
• Lunch and Dinner: Enjoy the a la carte menus at The Living Room and Blue Fox The Bar

Renovation works will take place on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00. While some noise may occasionally occur due to work schedules, we apologise for any inconvenience. The works will not be visible to our guests, andof the hotel services will remain fully operational. Our hotel team will take every possible measure to minimise any disruption to your event.
We thank you for your understanding and patience during this temporary closure. We are convinced that the redesigned ÉS Bisztró will meet or better exceed guests expectations. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the "new" ÉS Bisztró mid March.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that Nobu Restaurant, located within Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, will also close temporarily on 15 February and reopen in the spring with a fully refreshed interior.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Corvinus Fashion Street View Room. This room type was refurbished recently to meet todays travellers needs.  These rooms offer views to the fashion street. Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, smart LED TV with infotainment system are featured. The bathrooms come with a rainforest shower  and a bath. ;
Junior Suite. This Junior Suite was completely redesigned and refurbished recently. It has views either to a park or to the fashion street. The suite features a smart LED TV with an infotainment system, individually controlled air-conditioning and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room features a sofa and coffee table, while the bathroom has both a rainforest shower and a bath. ;
Deluxe Room. The spacious double room provides air conditioning, a private entrance, as well as a private bathroom featuring a bath and a hairdryer. The double room offers soundproof walls, a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, as well as a quiet street view. The unit offers 1 bed. ;
Deluxe Room Park View. Designed with comfort, style, functionality, and sustainability in mind, this rooms offers magnificent view to the park and Ferris wheel. This 28-sq metre room, available with queen-size bed, is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, desk, a minibar, a safe, a smart LED TV. They come with a shower or a tub. ;

Corvinus Fashion Street View Twin Room. This room type was refurbished recently to meet todays travellers needs.  These rooms overlook thecourtyard or neighboring streets. The room features twin beds, a desk, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning system, LCD TV with infotainment system and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms come with a shower and a bath. ;
Premium Deluxe Twin Room. These rooms were redesigned in 2023 with comfort, style and functionality in mind and offer views of thecourtyard or neighboring streets and twin beds. Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, smart LED TV with infotainment system are featured. The bathrooms come with a shower and a bath. Most rooms in this type have connecting door to next room. ;
Premium Deluxe Room. Providing free toiletries and bathrobes, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer.
